Seventeen rooms, a fireplace in the lobby and breakfast with banitsa from the bakery next door. We keep the hotel small on purpose — so we know our guests by name and can tell you which slope is best this morning. The gondola lift is a walk away, and the old town of Bansko is ten minutes down the cobbles.

Kavarma in a clay pot, trout from Pirin, kapama for a feast and banitsa in the morning. The produce comes from small farms around Razlog, the wine from the Melnik region.
